As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager to join our team and lead our online business strategies.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Ecommerce Manager to oversee and drive the growth of our online store. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing ecommerce platforms, with a deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, customer experience, and sales strategies in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ecommerce Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce strategies to increase revenue and customer base. Ensure growth in online sales, profitability, and market share across all digital platforms.
- Website Optimization: Manage and improve the company’s online store, ensuring it is user-friendly, functional, and optimized for conversions. Collaborate with the IT and design teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Product Management: Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, stock availability, and product categories to ensure alignment with market demand and sales objectives.
- Digital Marketing: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute online campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media efforts to drive traffic and sales.
- Customer Experience: Monitor and enhance the online customer journey, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, quick resolution of issues, and maintaining a high standard of service.
- Data Analytics: Analyze website performance, sales data, and customer behavior to track KPIs and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement. Report regularly on ecommerce performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, sales, customer support, and logistics to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Vendor & Partner Relationships: Manage relationships with third-party ecommerce platforms, payment gateways, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop budgets and forecasts for the ecommerce division, ensuring effective allocation of resources and meeting revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
- Strong experience in ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magneto, Amazon Filpkart, Meesho, Zepto, Bilnket, RK-world etc.), digital marketing, and website optimization.
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth and achieving KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with ecommerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and customer segmentation strategies.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for the beauty industry and customer-centric approach.
