Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the salon franchise network within specified territories.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential franchisees and salon locations that align with our brand's values and market positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential franchise partners through exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organize and lead discovery days, presentations, and meetings with prospective franchisees, providing detailed information about our franchise model, support structure, and success stories.
  • Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with franchising regulations and assist with the drafting of franchise agreements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns aimed at attracting new franchisees.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to new franchisees during the onboarding process and beyond, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our franchise offering.
