We are an executive research firm looking to add a recruiter to our team.
To meet the hiring needs of the business, you will be held responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring people.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
2. Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs.
3. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
4.Sourcing candidates through various channels i.e. Naukri, Monster, Shine, Linkedin and also through social media and planning interviews.
5. Source active and passive candidates both.
6. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
7. Shortlisting resumes based on a variety of criteria, including abilities, a recently updated resume, location, experience, and prior employers.
8. Good communication and relationship building skills.
9. Should have working knowledge of Excel management.
10 .Independently handling end-to-end recruitment process.
