Job Role: Telecaller (Franchise Calling)
The telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients interested in opening a school under The PolyKids brand. They will handle initial communications, provide information about the franchise model, and schedule meetings with senior representatives, including the Franchise Manager and Director.
Key Responsibilities:
1..Lead Generation and Calling:
- Make a minimum of 70 calls per day to prospective clients interested in educational franchises.
- Use leads provided by the organization and independently source potential contacts through research and databases.
2..Client Engagement:
- Handle initial queries from potential franchisees professionally and with accurate information.
- Build rapport with prospects to create trust and generate interest in the franchise program.
3..Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule meetings between prospective franchise clients and senior management (Franchise Manager and Director).
- Ensure seamless coordination for online or in-person meetings, including follow-up reminders.
4..Follow-ups and Reporting:
- Regularly follow up with leads to keep them engaged and move them along the decision-making process.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Provide daily and weekly reports on the number of calls made, meetings scheduled, and the status of each lead.
5..Professionalism and Communication:
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions to reflect The PolyKids brand values.
- Effectively handle objections and provide solutions to address potential concerns raised by prospects.
6..Target Achievement:
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and meeting targets set by the organization.
- Continuously work on improving communication and persuasion skills to enhance conversion rates.
7..Coordination with Senior Team:
- Collaborate with the Franchise Manager and Director to ensure smooth handovers and successful client interactions.
- Keep seniors updated about client feedback, interests, and concerns to improve the franchise process.
The Telecaller for Franchise Calling will serve as a key point of contact for potential partners interested in joining The PolyKids School family. By making 70 calls per day, they will introduce prospects to our franchise opportunities, address their initial queries, and seamlessly coordinate meetings with senior leaders like the Franchise Manager and Director.
