Telecaller Responsibilities


Admission-Related Responsibilities:

  1. Inquiry Handling:
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from parents and guardians regarding admissions.
  • Provide detailed information about the school’s curriculum, programs, facilities, and admission procedures.
  1. Lead Generation:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective parents who have shown interest in the school.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and online platforms.
  1. Appointment Scheduling:
  • Schedule appointments for school tours, admission interviews, and meetings with the admission counselor.
  1. Database Management:
  • Maintain and update the database of prospective students and parents.
  • Record details of conversations and ensure accurate and timely data entry.
  1. Follow-Up:
  • Regularly follow up with potential parents to answer any additional questions and encourage them to visit the school.
  • Send reminders about application deadlines and required documentation.
  1. Feedback Collection:
  • Collect feedback from parents and students about their experiences during the admission process.
  • Report any concerns or suggestions to the admission team.

Franchise-Related Responsibilities:

  1. Franchise Inquiry Handling:
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from potential franchisees interested in opening a franchise of The PolyKids School.
  • Provide detailed information about franchise opportunities, investment requirements, and the support provided by the organization.
  1. Lead Generation for Franchises:
  • Make outbound calls to individuals or businesses interested in education franchise opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads generated through franchise expos, advertisements, and online platforms.
  1. Presentation Coordination:
  • Arrange meetings or presentations between potential franchisees and the franchise development team.
  • Assist in organizing franchise discovery days or webinars.
  1. Documentation and Follow-Up:
  • Assist potential franchisees in completing necessary paperwork and submitting applications.
  • Follow up with potential franchisees to ensure they have all the information needed to proceed.
  1. Database Management for Franchisees:
  • Maintain a database of franchise inquiries, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Track the status of franchise applications and report to the franchise development team.
  1. Feedback and Reporting:
  • Collect feedback from potential franchisees regarding the information and support provided.
  • Report any issues or areas of improvement to the franchise management team.
