Job Summary:

The Operations Manager at The Poly Kids School will oversee daily administrative and operational functions to ensure smooth school operations. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage resources efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branch Operations Management

·      Oversee the day-to-day operations of all existing and new branches.

·      Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across all locations.

·      Ensure smooth coordination between the head branch and other branches.

·      Monitor the performance and operational efficiency of all schools.

2. New Branch Expansion & Setup

·      Assist in planning and launching new branches.

·      Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for setting up new schools.

·      Ensure infrastructure, staffing, and operational readiness for new locations.

3. Staff & Resource Management

·      Supervise and support branch managers and administrative staff.

·      Conduct training sessions for operational staff and ensure adherence to policies.

·      Plan and allocate resources efficiently to support multiple branches.

4. Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

·      Ensure all branches comply with local educational and safety regulations.

·      Maintain all necessary documentation and approvals for school operations.

·      Implement security and emergency protocols.

5. Financial & Budget Oversight

·      Manage operational budgets and control expenses across branches.

·      Work with the finance department to monitor costs and ensure cost-effective operations.

·      Assist in financial forecasting and planning for new branches.

6. Parent & Student Services

·      Oversee customer service and parent engagement across branches.

·      Address parent concerns and operational grievances efficiently.

·      Implement strategies to improve parent satisfaction and student experience.

7. Technology & Innovation

·      Implement and manage school management software for better operations.

·      Use data analytics to track performance and optimize processes.

·      Introduce innovative solutions to improve efficiency across branches.

8. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

·      Generate regular reports on operational performance.

·      Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

·      Provide updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
