Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for instructing primary school students in mathematics, fostering a love for the subject, and helping students develop essential math skills. The Math Teacher will create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide a supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective and engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Provide clear explanations of mathematical concepts and principles, ensuring student understanding through various teaching methods.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, tests, and other methods, providing constructive feedback.
- Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to curriculum development.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administrators regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize technology and other educational resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest educational trends and methodologies.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, serving as a role model for students and contributing to a positive school culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Previous experience teaching mathematics to primary/elementary school students is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the primary school mathematics curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
