The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate leads to build new business partners for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. The business involves B2B and B2C segments hence the person should have knowledge of both these streams. The Poly Kids Preschool chain has a network across 8 states in India and hence needs a candidate who is willing to travel to generate business for the company.
Responsibilities
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business and achieve desired targets
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
