We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator Female to join our team at The Pillow Company. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales documents
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery
  • Maintain and update customer database, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of sales presentations, meetings, and events
  • Monitor sales metrics and generate reports for the sales team
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential growth opportunities
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team
