Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Provide courteous and efficient service to enhance the guests' dining experience
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately
• Effectively communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Monitor guest reviews and feedback to improve overall service quality
• Assist in arranging special events, parties, and functions
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
