Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train and supervise staff members to deliver exceptional service
• Manage inventory and control stock levels
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food production and presentation
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
