We're seeking a driven and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to join our TPH team.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.

You will work closely with other team members to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social media campaigning.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize spend for maximum return on investment (ROI).
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and reports.
• Identify trends and insights from data to inform campaign optimization and decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest performance marketing trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creatives.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Experience with popular performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• A passion for data-driven marketing and a desire to learn and grow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday
