We are looking for sales manager for our entity related to wedding invitations which will include getting in touch with leads generated and converting them for the business.


Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, located in New Delhi with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will be required to supervise and lead the sales process, strategize plans for scaling up sales, and pitch new customers. In addition, they will manage the sales team and liaise with other departments such as Marketing and Customer Service to ensure timely delivery of products and services.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in sales team management, customer acquisition, and retention strategy
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales and Marketing, Business or relevant field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software


Salary : Starting from 10k -15k per month
