Product Trainer Job Description

Responsibilities for product trainer

•          Coordinate with other business units to resolve customer requests and issues

•          Disseminate technical information to all field service engineers in most efficient and timely manner

•          Evaluate training and development effectiveness by assessing application of learning to job performance and recommending future training and development programs

•          Identify and implement additional trainings as needed based on customer / employee feedback

•          Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the servicing of new and existing equipment and competitive products

•          Participates in the release and support of new devices

•          Provide biomed training, new hire training and participate in development of training documentation (aligned with service manual)

•          Provide early and comprehensive feedback to business unit management concerning customer comments and equipment performance

•          Provide Off hours support on a rotating support schedule

•          Provide summary of trainings and ensure follow up as needed

Qualifications for product trainer

•          Development of training material and standard operating procedures

•          Experience of delivering successful training in high technology professional and/or military products

•          Sound working knowledge of modern radio communications principles and associated technologies

•          Computer literate – with sound working knowledge of MS Windows and office suite of applications

•          The flexibility to work in a dynamic company with a wide product range, and approach their work with enthusiasm and a positive attitude

•          Be able to manage their own schedule and workload
