Responsibilities:

• Outbound calls, promote Gurgaon flat benefits.
• Schedule client visits for property exploration.
• Utilize mandatory bike for personalized experiences.
• Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and closures targets.
• Provide detailed Gurgaon flat info, pricing, incentives.
• Build customer relationships through effective communication.
• Collaborate with sales team for smooth lead transition.
• Utilize persuasive selling skills to highlight unique property features.
• Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best real estate solution.
• Serve as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing.
• Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead generation services, Craig's list.
• Research the market regularly to generate lists of properties for prospective clients.
• Market properties through advertisements, open houses, cold calling, networking and using various internet marketing tools, as well as community outreach

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1-4 yrs exp in telecalling or real estate sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
•  Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
•  Familiarity with Gurgaon real estate market is a plus.
