Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team at Optimus Global LLC. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for TALLY ERP PRIME 9 & GST R1 R2 3B MANDATORY EXPERIENCE. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com.
• 1-3 years of experience in account management or sales & purchase.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets or goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Having good knowledge of Tally, MIS, record keeping and filing of documents/vouchers etc.
• Must have good knowledge of gst & filing of returns.
• preparation of balance sheet and profit & loss account, salary sheet disbursement, payments, receipts, petty cash etc.
• Reconciliation of accounts with parties.
• Strong interpersonal skills ability to work closely with people at all levels of the organization.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Excellent presentation skills.
