Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Bhiwandi

Industry Type: Interior / Furniture Manufacturing

Experience : More than 7 years of core sales

Roles and Responsibilities

Sales :

·       Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling (from Database) and networking

·       Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

·       Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

·       Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

·       Responsible for generating business from two segments i.e. Corporate and Retail

·       Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

·       Achievement of sales targets

·       Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns

·       Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization

·       Devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets

·       Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

·       Coordinating with design team for estimates/ proposals for sales enquiries. Also, coordinate on resource for store measurements and further on design. Liaison between client and Design team on the store design/ 3D images

·       Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

·       Ensure Quality requirements of the client are met before dispatch of final product

·       Present sales, revenue and outstanding reports and realistic forecasts to the management

·       Recovery of outstanding for corporate clients

·       Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

·       Maintaining and improving relationships with the client

·       Ensure Panel is updated real time

·       Maintain necessary data and records for future reference

  • On regular basis, imparting OJT & classroom training to team members including product knowledge

 

Requirements and skills:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

·       Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the furniture manufacturing industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

·       Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

·       Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

·       Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data and make strategic recommendations.

·       Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

·       Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
