Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Head will lead the digital marketing efforts for our interior and furniture manufacturing company. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of the interior and furniture manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with the CMO and other stakeholders to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.

1. Campaign Management:

• Plan and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials.

1. Content Strategy:

• Develop and oversee content strategy to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.
• Create engaging and relevant content that resonates with our target audience and promotes our products effectively.
• Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is regularly updated with fresh and relevant content.

1. Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and other relevant platforms.
• Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and tactics as needed.

• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and identify professional development opportunities for team members.

1. Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Track and report on budget expenditures and adjust strategies as necessary to stay within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the interior or furniture manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-commerce and online sales platforms.
