Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Conversion:

• Identify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms.
• Generate and nurture leads to convert them into clients.

1. Sales Execution:

• Present the company’s furniture manufacturing products and services effectively to potential customers.
• Handle objections and negotiate terms to close sales deals.

1. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

1. Reporting & Feedback:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in CRM tools.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer needs, and challenges.

1. Target Achievement:

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in B2B or furniture-related industries.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Skills:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and [regional language].
• Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Tech Proficiency:
