Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at The Monarch Enterprises in Bhiwandi. This is a full-time, mid-level position where you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our expanding business needs. The role requires in-depth knowledge of the recruitment process and a proactive approach to sourcing and engaging with potential candidates.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment and sourcing to identify potential candidates through various channels (Mandatory skill).
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to effectively assess candidate capabilities (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in candidate assessment techniques to evaluate skills and fit for roles.
- Experience in talent pipelining to maintain a steady flow of potential candidates.
- Understanding of employer branding strategies to promote company reputation and attract talent.
- Excellent negotiation skills to manage offers and facilitate successful candidate onboarding.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to ensure candidates meet role and company criteria.
- Create and maintain a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to improve the company’s attractiveness to potential candidates.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
