Role Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing / Social Media Executive to join our team. This role involves managing all aspects of our digital marketing efforts, developing and executing social media strategies, and creating compelling content that drives engagement and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing various digital platforms, understanding of marketing analytics, and a passion for the furniture industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends.
• Create and curate engaging content (images, videos, and text) tailored to each platform.
• Respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.

1. Digital Marketing:

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve strategies.
• Manage and optimize online advertising across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Develop strategies for increasing website traffic and improving online lead generation.

1. Content Creation & Management:

• Work closely with the design and content teams to produce high-quality content, including blog posts, product descriptions, and promotional material.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and the company’s tone of voice.
• Collaborate with photographers and graphic designers for creating product-focused visuals.

1. Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor key metrics for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, including ROI analysis and insights for future improvements.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to track KPIs and measure campaign success.

1. Brand Promotion & Community Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and bloggers within the furniture and interior design space.
• Engage with online communities to promote the brand and manage the company’s online reputation.
• Organize digital events such as live Q&As, product launches, and virtual tours.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
• Skills:
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and Facebook Business Manager.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
