Roles and Responsibilities

·       Resourceful in prospecting for new project sales & achieving sales target given.

·       Active search for new clients : cold-calling and etc

·       Attend meeting with clients on their interior design needs & requirements

·       Working closely with the Design Department on clients requirements and design concept

·       Prepare contracts, project schedule, submissions and other relevant documents

·       Involve in project management, such as coordinating project activities with contractors and supplies to ensure work carried out is adherence to project schedule

·       Develop and implement company's sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence across segments

·       Responsible for revenue production for the company

·       Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

·       Devises strategies (including call pitch/ presentations)and techniques necessary for achieving the sales target

·       Monitor segment activity (Corporate/ Retail) and results by teams. Strategize on key accounts with team

·       Ensure handholding of client from enquiry till project completion

·       Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

·       Channelize smooth coordination between client, design and sales teams for estimates/ proposals for sales enquiries/ coordination on resource for store measurements and 3D images

·       Ensure team meets the Quality requirements of the client before dispatch of final product

·       Responsible for Customer Satisfaction

·       Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management

·       Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

·       Ensure Panel is updated real time, Maintain necessary data and records for future reference
