Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious MBA Sales Fresher to join our Sales & Business Development team. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in strategic sales within the retail and furniture manufacturing industry. The candidate will assist in client acquisition, relationship management, and executing sales strategies to drive growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the retail and furniture sectors.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, client presentations, and sales reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and closing sales under supervision.
  • Follow up with clients post-sales to ensure successful project delivery and satisfaction.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Understanding of retail and/or furniture manufacturing industry trends is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
