Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our furniture manufacturing company as a Data Entry Operator. The role involves accurately entering and maintaining data related to production, inventory, and other operational processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input production data, inventory details, purchase orders, and other information into the company’s database systems.
• Verify and update data by comparing it with source documents to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain organized records of production and inventory data.
• Generate reports on production, inventory, and other key metrics as required.
• Assist production and inventory teams in tracking the movement of goods and materials.
• Communicate with team members to gather and clarify information as needed.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
• Perform data backups to safeguard information.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data entry or basic computer skills is a plus.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic communication skills to interact with team members.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with data entry or basic computer skills is an advantage.
