Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Recruitment Head to join our team at AITM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the placement activities for our students, building relationships with potential employers, and ensuring successful job placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Placement Coordination: Oversee and manage the placement activities for AITM students, ensuring alignment with industry standards and student career aspirations.
  • Employer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential employers to facilitate student placements.
  • Career Counseling: Provide career guidance and counseling to students, helping them prepare for interviews and job placements.
  • Event Management: Organize and coordinate placement drives, job fairs, and campus recruitment events.
  • Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of students, alumni, and potential employers.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on placement statistics and activities to the management team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, administrative staff, and industry partners to enhance placement opportunities.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 5-6 years of experience in recruitment, placement coordination, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. A Master’s degree in HR or Management is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using MS Office and familiarity with database management software.
