• Certification in Spa Therapies or related field
• In-depth knowledge of massage techniques and spa treatments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide spa treatments to guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Perform various massage techniques including Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Aromatherapy massages
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the spa area
• Promote spa services and upsell products to guests
• Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout treatments
