Reports to: Head – Sales & Marketing.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving corporate sales, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate sales within the hospitality sector and a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets. Identify and target potential corporate clients and create tailored sales plans.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients. Understand their needs and preferences to offer customized solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to corporate clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Coordinate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track performance against targets. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Event Management: Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and conferences to showcase our hospitality services and attract corporate clients.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate sales within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of corporate contacts and clients within the hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
