Job Title: HR Executive (Recruitment & Generalist)

Location: The Machan Resorts LLP, Mumbai

Position Summary:

The HR Executive at The Machan Resorts LLP will play a dual role, handling both recruitment and general HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. The HR Executive will support employee engagement, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the resort, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions for open positions.
  • Utilize different recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials before finalizing offers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

2. Employee Onboarding:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Prepare and manage onboarding documents and new employee orientation programs.
  • Introduce new employees to the company culture, policies, and procedures.

3. HR Operations (Generalist Role):

  • Handle day-to-day HR activities, including attendance management, leave tracking, and employee records maintenance.
  • Address employee queries related to benefits, salary, and other HR-related issues.
  • Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data in HRIS.

4. Performance Management:

  • Support the performance appraisal process by working with department managers to track employee performance and development.
  • Assist in the development of performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee performance evaluations.

5. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize employee welfare activities, team-building events, and other morale-boosting programs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and generalist responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
