Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review design briefs and determine project requirements.
• Establish project schedules and define budget limitations.
• Conceptualize visual concepts based on project specifications.
• Create preliminary drafts and present design ideas.
• Produce illustrations, logos, and other designs using software tools or hand techniques.
• Apply appropriate colors and layouts to each graphic design.
• Collaborate with copywriters and creative directors to finalize designs.
• Test graphics across different media platforms.
• Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Ensure that final graphics and layouts align with brand guidelines and are visually appealing.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in graphic design.
• A robust portfolio showcasing illustrations or other graphic works.
• Proficiency with design software and technologies like InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop.
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work systematically and adhere to deadlines.
• A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is advantageous.
