Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Executive for our Lonavla location. This mid-level, full-time position demands a proactive individual who can manage front office operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of guest service. The ideal candidate will act as the face of our exclusive resort, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing workload efficiently.
  • High degree of independence, capable of working with minimal supervision and handling complex situations.
  • Remain calm and empathic, especially under pressure, ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Proficient in business phone answering, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Possess active listening skills to accurately understand guest needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Problem-solving abilities to handle guest inquiries and issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications such as MS Office and property management systems.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures in a courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared upon guest arrival.
  • Manage phone lines, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and equipped with necessary materials.
  • Provide accurate information regarding resort facilities, services, and surrounding attractions.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy, working towards quick resolution.
  • Record visitor information and maintain security protocols as required.
  • Assist in booking reservations and managing scheduling for special requests and events.
