Job Overview
Join The Machan Resort LLP as a Front Office Associate in our Lonavla location. This full-time position is ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality roles. As a crucial part of our team, you will be the face of our eco-resort, ensuring guests have a seamless and memorable stay. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills to manage the front office efficiently.

- Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming environment and address guest inquiries and needs effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with diverse guests and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage bookings, guest records, and tasks efficiently to enhance operational workflow.
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate guest information, preparing invoices, and ensuring high service standards.
- Problem-solving skills to quickly address and resolve guest issues or complaints, maintaining satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ability to multitask effectively while staying calm under pressure to handle check-ins, check-outs, and other simultaneous responsibilities.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite, for administrative and booking purposes.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workloads to ensure smooth front office operations without delays.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, offering a warm and hospitable experience from the moment they enter the resort.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accurate processing of guest information and payments.
- Manage and update the reservation system, maintaining up-to-date records and coordinating with other departments as needed.
- Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and address any issues.
- Assist in managing communication between guests and resort services, ensuring clear and effective dialogue.
- Maintain the front desk and reception area in a tidy and presentable manner, reflecting the standards of The Machan Resort LLP.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed and supporting other departments during peak times.
