Job Description: Assistant Manager - Marketing

Location: The Machan LLP, Mumbai Head Office

Overview:

The Assistant Manager - Marketing will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence, drive customer engagement, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Marketing:
  • Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
  1. Digital Marketing:
  • Oversee social media platforms, content creation, and campaigns to enhance online presence.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies and analyze performance metrics to optimize digital outreach.
  1. Brand Management:
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and impactful marketing collateral.
  1. Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns for promotions, events, and product launches.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data.
  1. Partnerships and Collaboration:
  • Build relationships with external vendors, agencies, and influencers to enhance campaign reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for cross-functional marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  1. Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or luxury segment.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand development.
  1. Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management, SEO, and email marketing.
  1. Attributes:
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Passion for sustainability and eco-tourism (preferred).
