What will be your role?

As an Experience Design Manager, you will be responsible for building products for our clients with innovative experiences that help drive business ROI.

- Gather business and product understanding from Internal & External Stakeholders

- Convert Requirements into UX strategy and envision the product design.

- Work with project managers to deliver the project on-time & on-quality.

- Liaison with product managers to make relevant tweaks to the product design.

- Design all journeys and cases required to be able to build out detailed & complex products

- Use multiple software to deliver world-class designs.

- Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work.

- Present your work to internal and external stakeholders.

- Work collaboratively with your team to come up with innovative solutions that drive business ROI

- Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes

- Leverage user testing to make product improvements.

- Liaison with developers to provide details as well as assets to build out the coded the product.

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, or a related field of study

- 3 to 5 years of experience in design

- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, wireframing, prototyping, etc.

- Clear communication and correct English in grammar and pronunciation

- Willing to work from office.

- Willing to relocate to Gurgaon or Mumbai
