Education: B.Tech/ B.E./ M.Tech/Graduate+MBA 

Prior Work Experience: 6-10 years full-time  

Job Responsibilities: 

·Designing product solutions comprising artificial intelligence (AI) to identify emotions, 

sentiments and engagement using singular or multimodal aspects of computer vision, 

conversation, speech, text and/or tone. 

·Prepare Business/Product Requirement Documents (BRDs/PRDs) 

·Refine and update existing BRDs/ PRDs to ensure concurrency with the product build. 

·Working with IT and Data Science teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the 

Product Roadmap. 

·Solving complex problems to deliver emotion ai solutions to end consumer to provide 

actionable outputs for the clients. 

·Ensure product runs glitch free and take ownership of resolution along with IT teams. 

·Keeping abreast of developments in emotion AI and delivery methods. 

·Product Testing and Feature Rollouts. 

·Ability to deliver milestones by daily/frequent interactions with concerned teams using 

various Project Management tools like JIRA. 

·Should be able to prepare client level reports using Word/Powerpoint/Other tools.   

Skills Required: 

·Bachelor's with MBA (or Equivalent) or Master’s degree 

·Atleast 2-5 years of experience in software companies in Product Management 

·Project Management 

·Assertive Team Player 

·Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

·Great communication and collaboration skills. 

·Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 

·Above average understanding and use of Excel, Powerpoint, Tableu etc.
