Brief work would be as follows:

* He should have good understanding of the rules and regulations with regard to PCPIR, GIDC, PESO, ONGC, Collectorate, GPCB and EC and its applicability to our project.

* Preparing multiple drawings/ layouts to get maximum utilization of land to setup the unit considering all the rules and regulations of PCPIR, GIDC, PESO, ONGC, Collectorate, GPCB, EC and also as per Vastu.

* Liasioning with all agencies to get first cut permission till last permission from PCPIR, GIDC, PESO, ONGC, Collectorate, GPCB and EC.

* Preparing detailed list of task and preparing bar chart for the same.

Executing the project and coordinating with all the vendors.

* Have good skill for managing large & diverse teams.
