We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote and sell our flexible packaging solutions (biodegradable and compostable) to the FMCG and disposable. This role requires a strong understanding of the packaging industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence in the FMCG and e-commerce industries.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Product Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns that highlight the benefits of our flexible packaging solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Provide regular updates to senior management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure customer requirements are met.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the flexible packaging industry or related sectors (FMCG and disposable.)
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the flexible packaging market and its applications in FMCG and e-commerce.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
