Job Overview
Kiran Group is seeking an experienced Account Officer to join our finance team in Gandhidham on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Excel Proficiency. The role requires the candidate to effectively manage financial analysis, account reconciliation, budget management, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in managing accounts payable (Mandatory skill)
- Knowledge in GST , TDS is very much Mandatory.
- Strong experience with accounts receivable management (Mandatory skill)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial tracking and reporting (Mandatory skill)
- Solid understanding and experience in financial analysis to evaluate business performance
- Expertise in account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance of accounts
- Budget management skills to plan, monitor, and report on the company's financial operations
- Experience in financial reporting to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making
- Audit preparation skills to ensure all accounts and financial records are in compliance
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting.
- Perform financial analysis to monitor and evaluate business performance and provide insights.
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial records.
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts to assist in strategic planning and allocation of resources.
- Generate financial reports and present insights and recommendations to management.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of the audit process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial operations and processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company's financial practices are current and compliant.
