Job role : Business Development Manager/ Marketing Executive

To increase 3PL (CFA) warehousing business of the company by targeting clients in assigned territory/region

2. Targeting Customer base comprising of top corporate, MNCs, & Industry Leaders.

3. To find relevant clients desirous of assigning their warehouse handling services to a 3PL, explain them about our service offerings, negotiate and finalise the deal.

4. To ensure a steady growth in this business by attaining new clients as well as retaining the existing clients.

5. To understand the 3PL market in assigned territory, competitor mapping, find opportunities for breakthroughs, etc. and prepare a market report for internal review meetings of the company.

6. Evaluating customer pricing and profitability on a continual basis.

7. To devise strategies for penetration into new markets/new regions by analysing the relevant markets and suggest the plans for growth into this business.

8. Business Development of Supply Chain Solutions targeting Customers in different industry verticals.

9. Visit the customer and their facility to understand their process and to provide the best solutions at optimal cost.

10. Managing sales ensuring accomplishment of set business targets.

11. Lead the preparation and presentation of tender proposal and sales presentation to customers and prospects.

12. Search for suitable warehouses in the assigned territory/region as per customers requirements.

13. Analyse and evaluate various warehouses for the business based on various warehouse selection criteria of the company.

14. Negotiate & finalise the deal and lease contract agreements with warehouse owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' experience in marketing in Shipping/logistics/transport are more than preferred.
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
