What We Need:
Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Are you passionate about building an organization with the right set of people? We are seeking a highly energetic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic People & Culture team. You will play a crucial role in driving the recruitment function by attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to build the organization.
Location: Bangalore (On Site)
Experience Required: 3-4 years of experience in end to end talent acquisition
What you’ll do:
- Drive the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs
- Conduct initial resume screening and pre-qualification interviews to assess candidates' suitability for open positions.
- Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to make informed recommendations to hiring managers.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about the company, job expectations, and interview process.
- Collect feedback from interviewers and provide timely updates to candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and assist in negotiating employment offers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, database and documentation
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist hiring for diverse roles
- Ability to leverage the latest (AI & other) technologies and experience in working with new age HR tech firms focused on recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented
- Brownie points if you had your own startup or were part of the founding team
