Role: SEO Specialist

Location: Bangalore (on-site)

Experience Required: 3-5 years


What You'll Do:

  • Stay updated with emerging SEO techniques in SEO.
  • Collaborate with development and tech teams to implement technical SEO best practices on new and existing owned assets.
  • Conduct continuous keyword research for the identification, themeing and expansion of the keyword opportunities.
  • Utilize tools to research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate experiments to enhance user experience
  • Enhance indexing to boost traffic for key targeted keywords with robot.txt or other techniques.
  • Apply optimization techniques such as CDN, sub-domain, image optimization, server-header, and page load improvements, CSS, and Java code optimizations.
  • Provide objective solutions for technical SEO challenges.
  • Execute SEO audits and strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page) for clients
  • Coordinate off-page optimization projects, including link-building efforts
  • Collect and report on SEO-related data like traffic, rankings, and other performance metrics
  • Implement strategic on-page and off-page SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Perform technical SEO audit, identify website optimization strategies for organic leads and conversions
  • Collaborate with an in-house SEO team to achieve desired results
  • Monitor and achieve SEO targets and KPIs in line with business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing and engineering teams
  • Act as an in-house expert, staying updated on new SEO approaches


Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficiency in tools: Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tool, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends
  • Understanding of HTML elements, CSS, JavaScript for recommendations
  • Goal-oriented, hands-on, and positive attitude
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence to drive KPIs
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, web traffic reporting, SQL, and ability to derive actionable insights
  • Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of business-driven SEO KPIs
  • Ownership of end-to-end growth on SERPs
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and best practices
  • Conducting keyword research using SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, AHrefs
  • Optimization of Google Search Console
  • Execution of end-to-end on-page and off-page SEO
  • Conducting technical SEO audits and optimization
  • Collaborating with content teams for SEO content strategy
  • Planning and executing traffic-related activities aligned with targets
