Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks, including Laravel and WordPress.
• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using PHP, MySQL, and Laravel.
• Ability to take briefs from clients and initiate work with junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Proficient handling of Web Development AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) with existing client projects,
• Implement and maintain web solutions for Ecommerce platforms, with a focus on Payment Gateway Integration.
• Work with WordPress to create and customize themes, plugins, and features.
• Design and implement landing pages, prioritizing user experience and conversion optimization.
• Implement form validation protocols for data integrity and security.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes.
• Optimize website speed and performance for a seamless user experience.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, React, Angular).
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with server management and deployment (Domain & Hosting pointing and familiar with C-Panel)
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices.

Candidate Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience of at least 4 years as a PHP Web Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications
• Agency Experience is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work and collaboratively and guide juniors in daily tasks.
