Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the brand manager to understand clients' content and copy requirements.
• Strategize and produce content for communication campaigns aimed at advancing clients' employer branding objectives.
• Craft concise, strategic content including social media copy, employee spotlights, advocacy pieces, and leadership narratives.
• Develop comprehensive long-form content such as employee spotlights, newsletters, and internal mailers, along with campaign articles backed by thorough research.
• Employ an inclusive, multi-platform approach (print, digital, and social media), utilizing both written and video formats to maximize impact.
• Assess the effectiveness of strategies, programs, and campaigns, and refine them accordingly.
• Assist the marketing team by providing content/copy insights for new business proposals and ongoing client campaigns.
• Stay abreast of industry and media trends, integrating them into daily work practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3.5 years to maximum 5 years of experience in corporate communication and employer branding-specific copywriting. Candidates with agency experience will be given preference.
• Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation abilities.
• A strong portfolio showcasing work specific to employer branding and corporate communication.
