The company was instituted in year 2007 to cater Corporates/ Institutions, High Net Worth and Ultra High Net worth Individuals. They use knowledge to identify the right mix of Fund Managers across asset classes to ensure that the customer have winning portfolio. “The more they know, the more you win” hence their wealth managers are empowered with the science and art of investing. In addition to these, the customer also experience new insights and ideas on wealth creation through the exclusive knowledge events. As of December 2021, the company manage the wealth needs of over 5000 HNI families through a 200+ member team across 10 cities with assets under advisory of over Rs. 34,200 Crore.

Critical Responsibilities: Analyze financial information obtain from clients to determine strategies for meeting clients financial objectives.                              

Monitor financial market trends to ensure that client plans are responsive.                         

Must ensure the growth of AUM / Book Size                               

Responsible for achieving targets based on acquisition and revenue generation through investment products.                                 

Responsible for business development through acquisition of high net-worth clients.                      

Mandatory numbers of meetings with clients to keep them updated with the current market scenario.

Day to day Responsibilities: Analyze client portfolios and make necessary suggestions.             

Recommend financial products.                                                            

Responsible for identifying customer needs and assessing their risk appetite                                

Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required                           

Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of the customer.                                       

Performance Indicator: Revenue—Achievement of Revenue target decided for the year.              

Client Acquisition and Client Active Ratio—No of new clients added in the FY                              

High Revenue Impact Project—HNI Clients engagement & their revenue growth

Knowledge, Skils & Experience: Graduate/PG with minimum 7+ years of experience in WEALTH MANAGEMENT Industry, must be from wealth platform or banking domain, knowledge of wealth pulse, market & investment products, macro fundamentals and behavioural finance are essential. AMFI, IRDA certifications are also required.
