Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Vadodara. As a leading HR services provider specializing in payroll management, statutory compliance, policy framing, and recruitment, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional HR solutions to our clients. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, performance management, employee benefits design, payroll, and compliance. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations
- Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
- Experience in designing and implementing employee benefits programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Having Experience In Pediatrics hospital or Hospital Industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
- Design and implement employee benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
- Manage the performance management process and provide guidance to managers and employees
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies
- Maintain HR records and produce reports as needed
