Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This hybrid role demands a candidate with a strong background in Human Resources, specifically in Employee Relations, HR Policies, and Onboarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions to ensure a productive and positive work environment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Employee Relations (Mandatory skill): Expertise in maintaining healthy employee relations to foster a positive work environment and address any workplace disputes effectively.
  • HR Policies (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies in accordance with the legal and regulatory framework.
  • Onboarding (Mandatory skill): Proficient in designing and conducting comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Performance Management: Solid understanding of performance management systems, including setting performance standards and conducting performance reviews.
  • Training and Development: Adept at identifying training needs and creating development plans to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • HRIS: Experience with Human Resource Information Systems to manage employee records and streamline HR processes efficiently.
  • Compliance: Knowledge of statutory compliance related to HR practices, ensuring all organizational activities align with legal requirements.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and interact effectively with employees at all levels.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies that align with company goals and are compliant with regulations.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct performance reviews and develop plans to address performance issues.
  • Organize training programs and monitor their effectiveness in enhancing employee skills.
  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS and ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and act as a point of contact for external audits.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for payroll administration.
