Job Overview


We are seeking a Back Office Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for handling various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the organization. This is a Full-Time junior-level role suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their usage for business purposes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Presentable and professional demeanor.
  • Experience with data entry and documentation is preferred.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, record maintenance, and documentation.
  • Managing and organizing files, documents, and other records.
  • Coordinating with different departments and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other related documents.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Supporting the HR team in various HR-related activities.
  • Assisting in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Managing and updating databases and spreadsheets.
  • Ensuring all office supplies are stocked and maintaining inventory records.
  • Handling basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
