Role Overview: As a Social Media and CRM Associate at HIVADO, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence, engaging with our audience, and enhancing customer relationships. You will also lead influencer marketing efforts to expand our reach and impact.


Key Responsibilities:

1.Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
  • Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy writing.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and engaging manner.
  • Track, analyze and report on social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates and adjust strategies for optimal performance.

2.Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Manage and segment customer databases for targeted outreach.
  • Create and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to improve products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

3.Influencer Marketing:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and compelling content.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of influencer marketing campaigns.

4.Content Creation:

  • Generate high-quality content for social media, email marketing, and other CRM initiatives.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.

5.Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on social media and CRM performance metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimizations.


Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and CRM, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing trends and strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and CRM software.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A deep understanding of HIVADO's brand values and vision.
