Roles & Responsibilities:

As a PHP WordPress Developer, you are responsible for both frontend and backend development, including the implementation of themes and plugins. Your goal is to create attractive and user friendly websites with regular communication with internal team and clients:

· Should take responsibility to develop websites, Microsites, Landing pages, Newsletters & also have skills to write REST API for app Development

· Knowing app development in Andriod and IOS will recommended

· Should be an expert in Wordpress, customizing website and newsletter themes, plugins for Wordpress

· Should be an expert in Wordpress theming

· Should understand website optimisation for mobile responsiveness, speed and performance and be able to do this single-handedly for the websites assigned.

· Should be able to do cross-browser testing to uncover issues and fix them proactively

· Should be able to work in Bootstrap framework and should have good experience in creating custom workflow web solutions

· Need to have Rich experience of LAMP Stack PHP, MySQL, Ajax, XML, JavaScript / JQuery/ AngularJS & Should be well versed with OS: Linux/ UNIX, Windows (LAMP and WAMP)

· Good experience in Database design, Normalization & should be able to create dashboards to consolidate digital marketing stats from multiple channels (Facebook, Twitter, Google etc).

· Develop complex plugins, extensions, applications and Workflow solutions in Zoho and integrations of Zoho & Whatsapp Bot etc.

· Participate and contribute to community based open source projects

· Enthusiasm to learn new technologies and incorporate them in the new offerings/solutions.

· Work with designers in the marketing team, both in-house as well as freelancers, to get the creatives done on time.

Skills & Qualification:

· Having 2-3 years of strong WordPress development

· Must have a BTech/BE/MTech/ME/MCA.

· Should have knack to code and create a superior product without any external mentoring

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, should have excellent email writing and conversations skills

· Should have worked in teams as an individual contributor

· Good to understand the technology space, and testing space in particular but not mandatory
