Quality Control Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure adherence to organic product standards.
• Monitor raw materials, production processes, and finished goods to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain certifications and comply with industry standards.
• Use laboratory equipment and techniques to analyze product quality, identifying defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain accurate records of all testing and inspection activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and reduce defects or waste.
• Work closely with the production team to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports and documentation.
• Ensure the facility adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with organic certifications and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in laboratory testing methods and equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
