Qualifications and Skills

• 3. Ability to work towards and meet quotas
• 4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• 5. Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• 6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• 1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• 2. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and job boards)
• 3. Screen resumes and application forms
• 4. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience
• 5. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
• 6. Facilitate the offer process by extending job offers and assisting with negotiations
• 7. Keep up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices
• 8. Assist in other HR activities as needed
